Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how you can cancel or end services with DesignManta. Your quote, plan or order confirmation may include additional notice periods or fees. Those terms apply together with this overview.

Before work starts

If you need to cancel before kickoff, tell us as soon as possible. If no substantial work has begun, we will agree a fair outcome, which may include a full or partial refund of any advance payment, minus non-recoverable costs already incurred (see Refund Policy).

During an active project

Once discovery, design or development is underway, cancellation usually means you pay for work completed to date according to your agreement. Deliverables finished and paid for remain yours subject to the licence terms in your contract.

One-time website builds

For fixed-scope packages such as Static, Dynamic, E-com or Portal builds on our homepage or pricing page, cancelling mid-project does not automatically stop milestone billing for work already completed. We will confirm what is due and what files you receive at handover.

Monthly website plans

Plans such as Starter, Growth or Pro typically run for a fixed term (for example 12 months). Cancelling early does not automatically stop billing for the remaining term unless we agree otherwise in writing. After the minimum term, you may cancel renewal with notice as stated in your plan documents.

Hosting and domain arrangements after cancellation are handled per your plan: you may transfer the site to your own hosting or renew with us, as explained in your onboarding materials.

SEO and ongoing retainers

Recurring SEO or support packages bill monthly until cancelled. Give at least 14 days’ notice before the next billing date unless your agreement specifies a different notice period.

How to cancel

Send a clear cancellation request to [email protected] from the email on your account. Include your business name and project or plan reference. We confirm receipt and the effective cancellation date in writing.

After cancellation

We provide handover files, credentials or exports you are entitled to under your agreement. Unpaid invoices for work already delivered remain due.
