Services and quotes
Pricing on the site (including homepage website packages) is indicative until we confirm scope. A binding agreement is formed when we confirm project details, fees and schedule by email or contract and you accept, including any deposit or first payment where required.
You agree to provide accurate briefs, feedback and materials on time. Delays on your side may shift delivery dates and milestone billing.
Intellectual property
Unless your project agreement says otherwise, we retain ownership of working files and pre-existing tools until final payment. Upon full payment for agreed deliverables, you receive the usage rights described in your project terms (typically a licence to use final designs and code for your business).
You warrant that content you supply does not infringe third-party rights. You indemnify us against claims arising from materials you provide without that right.
Payments and refunds
Payment terms are set out in your quote or plan. Deposits and milestone payments may be non-refundable once work has started, as described in our Refund Policy.
Where a satisfaction guarantee applies, it is limited to the conditions on the relevant package page or your order confirmation, not to work outside agreed scope. Ending a project early is covered in our Cancellation Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profit) arising from use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Third-party services
Websites and projects may rely on third-party hosting, domains, plugins, payment gateways or platforms. Their terms and uptime apply to those services. We are not responsible for third-party outages beyond our reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these terms or site content. The “last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms for browsing; active projects remain governed by the terms in effect when you accepted your quote unless we agree otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to DesignManta’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
