Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds may apply to DesignManta services. If your quote, invoice or order confirmation includes different terms, those written terms apply for that project.

Overview

Refunds are considered case by case according to the type of service, how far work has progressed and what was agreed in writing. We aim to be fair and transparent. If you are unsure, email us before assuming a payment is refundable.

Preview satisfaction guarantee

Some website plans include a full refund satisfaction guarantee after the design preview step. If your package includes this, you may request a refund if you are not satisfied with the preview before build completion, as described on the relevant page or in your order confirmation.

Refunds under this guarantee cover fees paid for that plan up to the preview stage. Work already delivered and approved outside the preview step is not covered retroactively.

One-time project packages

For logo, branding, Static/Dynamic/E-com website builds, e-commerce and other fixed-scope packages, deposits and milestone payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, except where:

• A written guarantee on your quote applies
• We are unable to deliver the agreed scope and cancel the project
• Law in your jurisdiction requires a refund

Monthly website plans

Monthly plans run for the term in your agreement (for example 12 months). Early cancellation does not automatically refund past months. See our Cancellation Policy. If service quality falls short of what was agreed, contact us so we can resolve it fairly.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your name, business name, project or invoice reference and a short explanation. We respond within one working day with eligibility and next steps.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider; most appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
